Sourdough Braided Brioche recipe – Italian Cook Giallo Zafferano

In America we have gotten into the habit of having a relatively heavy breakfast that often calls for a combination of eggs, toast, bacon, potatoes, some juice and American coffee.

In Italy however breakfast is totally different. Usually consisting of a brioche or pastry and an Espresso or someother variety of coffee such as Cappucino or Latte.

This is a simple recipe from our friends at Giallo Zafferano. Again isn’t it wonderful that all over the world…..
