Singing by the Fire Barrel 

Few people know that Sly Stallone’s younger brother Frank wrote and performed the song, “Take You Back” with his band Valentine in Rocky II.

In this memorable clip Frank and the group appeared as a bunch of South Philly street guys singing around a barrel fire.

In his teen years, he went to Lincoln High School in Northeast Philadelphia. 

Frank, back in the day, started his career in high school doing exactly that… singing on street corners in Philly.
