Traditional stuffed olives from the Marche region. These are unique and wonderful.
My Friend John Campania who’s family emigrated to America from the Marche region of Italy turned me onto these wonderful treats. They actually take the olives one by one, pare them almost like and apple, stuff the olive and then fry them in Olive Oil…….. OMG – These are really something special.
