Scapece of carrots
Ingredients for 4 people:
- Carrots 500 gr
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ cup of vinegar
- olive oil
- 1 hot pepper
- oregano
- salt, pepper.
PREPARATION
- Clean and wash the carrots, then boil them in plenty of boiling salted water, drain and cut into slices.
- In a pan fry the garlic cloves in olive oil, then remove it when it is golden
- pour carrots into pan add the chopped hot pepper, salt and pepper and sprinkle with oregano.
- Drizzle with vinegar let it evaporate then turn off the heat.
- Serve warm or cold.
