Cheesy Sausage Balls
Ingredients
- 1 pound sausage your choice without casing
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed of excess water
- 1 cup Biscuit & Baking Mix
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Marinara sauce, heated
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, add sausage, spinach, dry mix, cheeses, milk, herb seasoning and garlic powder; mix together with hands or spoon.
- Shape into 1-inch balls and place ½-inch apart on greased baking sheet; bake 30 to 35 minutes or until brown.
