Grilled Portabello Mushrooms
INGREDIENTS
- 6 Portabello mushrooms
- 3 Tbls of butter
- 3 Tbls of extra virgin olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 3 tsp of fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of freshly ground black pepper
PREPARATION
- Prepare grill. Place on medium heat.
- Melt the butter in a microwave for around 10 seconds.
- In a small bowl mix together the butter, oil, garlic, shallots and time.
