It is very easy to make and can be ready in a few minutes.
You can find many original cranberry sauce recipes on the web, but we want to suggest some alternatives using dried cranberries, in case you don’t have fresh cranberries available.
If you have never made it this way, you’ll find it quite odd to see that when you mix the berries with sugar and put them on medium heat, they begin to crackle and “explode.”
We use tangerine juice but many people prefer to make cranberry sauce with orange juice.
So, how do you make cranberries sauce with dried cranberries?
Instructions

Put the the dried cranberries in a small saucepan and heat on a low flame.

Add the sugar slowly and stir constantly.

Add Marsala liqueur and then the tangerine juice. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

Cook for 5 minutes and then turn off the heat. Let the cranberry sauce mixture rest for 5 minutes.

Serve as an accompaniment to roasted or boiled meats, or cheeses.
This is the best cranberry sauce recipe you can make without fresh fruit! In case you can’t find Marsala, replace it with Brandy.
