Tuscan Soppressata Crostini Recipe
Ingredients
- 5 slices Italian Rustic bread (Pane Rustica)
- 1/2 cup roasted peppers in olive oil with garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 6 ounces Pecorino Toscano
- 6 thin slices soppressata salami
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
Directions
- Cut rustic bread slices (crostini) in half add olive oil, salt and pepper, then toast for 5 minutes
- When crostini is toasted, quickly add slices of Pecorino Toscano to cover toast
- Add slice of soppressata with spoonful of roasted peppers on top
- Add pinch of fresh parsley over crostini
- Ready to serve
