Orange salad
Ingredients For 4 people:
4 oranges
1 onion
4 tablespoons olive oil
chopped parsley
salt, pepper.
PREPARATION
Peel the oranges eliminating as much as possible even the white part and cut into slices, then arrange on a serving plate; Peel the onion and chop finely.
In a bowl, beat the oil with salt and pepper, then add the onion and chopped parsley, stirring constantly until the sauce is smooth.
Pour the sauce on oranges and cook for about 30 minutes in a cool environment.
Serve.
