Stuffed Flounder
Stuffed Flounder
- 5 or 6 flounder fillets
- 1 pound jumbo lump crab meat
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 2 tablespoons salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- dash Worcestershire sauce
- flour
- lemon juice
- ¼ pound butter, melted
- paprika
- parsley flakes
Directions
- Place flounder fillets in a shallow baking dish. Squeeze lemon juice over flounder.
- Mix together crab meat, Old Bay, salt, pepper, salad dressing, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and enough flour to hold mixture together.
- Place crab meat mixture on top of flounder. Pour melted butter over fish and sprinkle with paprika and parsley flakes.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for about 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
