Veal shank recipe with slow cooker
Veal shank recipe with slow cooker
Here at our Rittenhouse location many of the meat team members look forward to the arrival of fall. As the temperature starts to drop, slow cookers of all kinds start to make their way onto counter tops.
Most folks will agree that you can’t beat a nicely braised shank or shoulder chuck roast. Slow cookers make it very easy to turn out a culinary masterpiece without the fuss of standing in the kitchen for hours.
This fall and winter season the Di Bruno Bros butcher shop will feature some great sales on the perfect braising items. Some of the items will include shoulder cuts, shank cuts, stewing meats and plate cuts.
