Asparagus in white wine sauce with smoked salmon
Ingredients for 4 people:
Asparagus canned 750 gr
For the sauce
Butter 20g
flour 20 gr
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons white wine
salt.
In Addition To:
8 slices smoked salmon
½ bunch of dill.
PREPARATION
