Beef Spiedini


  • Sliced eye round

  • Plain breadcrumbs

  • Fresh parsley

  • Fresh chopped garlic

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

  • Parmesan cheese, grated

  • Bell cheese

  • Fresh lemon juice


  • Season plain breadcrumbs with fresh parsley, fresh chopped garlic, salt and grated parmesan cheese.

  • Add olive oil to moisten the breadcrumbs.

  • Lay a slice of the meat flat on a clean surface, add a little bit of the breadcrumb mixture on top and one small piece of Bell cheese.

  • Roll the meat up and place it on the skewer.

  • I usually add five to a skewer.

  • Grill the skewers on each side until they are thoroughly cooked.

  • When served, Add fresh olive oil and lemon juice.
