As we have said before Fava Beans are a little work but worth every bit. They really are wonderful and excellent for you. 

 

 

We enjoy them with white pasta without tomato sauce, roasted chicken, potatoes, carrots and the juice from the chicken poured over it. I can’t even tell you how good this is!

 

 

Peeling them is a bit of a challenge but really no big deal. And once they are cleaned and cooked they are truly one of God’s Wonders. As you can tell we are big fans of Fava Beans. OMG…!
