Ingredients For 6 people:

Flour 200g

sugar 200g

shelled almonds 200g

2 egg yolks

2 tablespoons cream

butter 20 gr

salt.

PREPARATION

Put the almonds in boiling water, spellatele and whisk together 3 tablespoons sugar.

Pour the flour on a pastry in the crater and put in the egg yolks, ground almonds, cream sugar elo advanced. Knead until the dough will quickly granelloso.
