Ingredients For 6 people:
Flour 200g
sugar 200g
shelled almonds 200g
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons cream
butter 20 gr
salt.
PREPARATION
Put the almonds in boiling water, spellatele and whisk together 3 tablespoons sugar.
