Garlic Butter Shrimp


  •     1/4 cup butter
  •     4 cloves garlic
  •     1 1/2 pounds shrimp peeled and deveined – with or without tails
  •     Salt and pepper to taste
  •     Juice of half a lemon, plus more to taste
  •     Parsley


  •     Abbio Saute Pan
  •     Measuring spoons
  •     Cutting board
  •     Chef’s knife


  1.     Mince garlic and set aside
  2.     Peel, devein, and remove tails from shrimp as needed
  3.     Rough chop parsley


  1.     Melt 2 tablespoon butter in Saute Pan over medium heat.
  2.     Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3.     Add shrimp and salt and pepper to taste.
  4.     Cook 2 minutes on one side – do not touch while cooking as you want to get a nice sear!
  5.     Flip and cook 90 seconds on the other side until JUST beginning to turn pink.
  6.     Add in the remaining butter and lemon juice.
  7.     Cook, while stirring, until the butter melts and the shrimp have cooked through and are no longer translucent.
  8.     Remove from heat and, and add more lemon juice, salt or pepper as needed to taste.
