Grissini al prosciutto


  • 1 roll puff pastry
  • 100g prosciutto
  • 1 1/2 ounces Parmesan cheese
  • 1 whipped egg yolk


  1. Add prosciutto and Parmesan cheese on top of half of a rectangular pastry dough.
  2. Bend on it and cut it into strips of about 1 centimeter.
