Ingredients for 6/8 people:
Cornmeal 300 gr
white flour 250g
butter 350 gr
sugar 150g
5 egg yolks
1 teaspoon of vanilla powder
butter (to grease)
flour (to sprinkle).
PREPARATION
In a large bowl stir together the flours, vanilla and sugar, add the melted butter and egg yolks; work well until you get a smooth and soft amalgam, then cover the bowl and let stand for about 1 hour.
