Hurricane Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 oz. light rum
- 2 oz. dark rum
- 2 oz. passion fruit juice
- 1 oz. orange juice
- ½ oz. fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon simple syrup
- 1 tablespoon grenadine
- Garnish: orange slice and cherry
Directions
- Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a hurricane glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a cheery and an orange slice.
Hurricane mocktail for non-drinkers.
Ingredients
- 1 ounce orange juice
- 1/2 ounce grapefruit juice
- 1/2 ounce passion fruit syrup
- 6 ounces V-8 Tropical Blend
- 1/2 ounce amaretto syrup (such as Torani)
- Garnish: orange slice and cherry
Directions
- Put all the ingredients in a shaker with ice, and shake until chilled. Put some crushed ice in a hurricane glass and strain the mixture over it.
