OMG Italian Beef Wellington Recipe

Italian Beef Wellington, our mouth waters just thinking about this.  We love Beef Wellington and never thought to add basil and parma ham.  After watching this video, we are going to make this for our next dinner party.  We have made beef wellington on the past for Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and Valentine’s Day.  Now all we need is a reason to make this.
