Pizzaiola’s hamburger

Ingredients for 4 people:

 4 burgers

Tomato Sauce 150 gr

anchovies, desalted

1 mozzarella

1 clove of garlic

some basil leaves


extra virgin olive oil

salt, pepper.



In a pan put a little oil to heat up along with the clove of garlic cut into slices, then, when it becomes golden, remove the garlic and recline burgers by making them cook for about 3 minutes on each side. Add the tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper, then place on each burger a slice of mozzarella and anchovy rolled up, sprinkle with oregano and basil chopped and cook for another 3 minutes, covered container.

Serve warm.
