Pollo alla ‘ncip ‘nciap

Ingredients for 6 people:

Chicken cut into pieces 1.2 kg

2 dl of olive oil

1 sprig of rosemary

4 cloves of garlic

1 hot pepper, chopped

1 glass of dry white wine

salt, pepper.


In a pan put to heat the oil with rosemary, garlic and crushed red pepper; add chicken cut into pieces and mix well, let them brown.

Sprinkle with white wine, salt and pepper and finally let consume wine over high heat.

Serve warm.
