Potatoes Puglia
Ingredients For 4 people:
Potatoes 800 gr
1 can of peeled tomatoes
2 tablespoons grated cheese
1 clove garlic
chopped parsley in abundance
extra virgin olive oil
salt.
PREPARATION
Peel, wash and slice the potatoes. Separately, in a bowl mix the minced garlic with the parsley, grated cheese and oil.
Grease a baking dish and create a first layer of potatoes, then pour the mixture made with oil, then again potatoes and then peeled tomatoes previously chopped, along with their sauce. Finally a ladle of water, a little oil and a pinch of salt.
Bake for about an hour, and just the potatoes are cooked, serve hot.
