• 4 New York strip steaks, boneless

  • 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tsp of salt

  • 1 Tbls of fresh ground black pepper

  • 1 bunch of arugula

  • 2 beefsteak tomatoes, diced




  • Brush the steaks with the olive oil.

  • Season with salt and plenty of pepper on both sides.

  • Grill the steaks until your desired doneness.

  • Wash and trim the arugula.

  • Toss in the tomatoes

  • Slice the steaks and serve on the bed of arugula and tomatoes.

  • Drizzle more olive oil over the top.

    Serves 4 people
