Boiled eggs in tomatoes sauce
For 6 people:
- 12 eggs
- peeled chopped tomatoes 400 gr
- olive oil 0.5 dl
- hot pepper (to taste)
- Boil the eggs for about 8 minutes in boiling water, then rinse under running cold water and peel them.
- Separately in a pan cook the tomatoes in olive oil, add salt and stir frequently with a wooden spoon.
- Add the eggs and let them flavor being careful not to break them.
- Sprinkle with chili powder and serve piping hot.
